Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver AI training programs, including hands-on workshops, online courses, and webinars.
• Teach core AI concepts, algorithms, and tools, focusing on practical applications and real-world scenarios.
• Assess the learning needs of individuals and organizations and customize training to meet these needs.
• Create engaging learning materials, including presentations, exercises, and quizzes.
• Evaluate learner progress and provide feedback to ensure successful skill acquisition.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and incorporate them into training materials.
• Work with teams of AI engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver tailored training solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their AI training requirements and offer solutions to bridge skills gaps.
• Mentor and guide junior AI trainers, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality content.
• Track training outcomes and report on the effectiveness of programs to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML technologies, with hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI models.
• Strong background in one or more AI subfields (machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, etc.).
• Proven experience in teaching, coaching, or training others in technical concepts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex AI topics.
• Ability to design and deliver training content for diverse audiences, from beginners to advanced learners.
• Familiarity with AI tools, frameworks, and platforms such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt training techniques to different learning styles.
