We are seeking an experienced AI Operations Manager to oversee the operational aspects of AI projects, ensuring smooth execution, scalability, and timely delivery. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of AI technologies and a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality AI solutions. This role involves strategic planning, resource allocation, and continuous process improvement to optimize AI operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the AI operations team in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from inception to deployment.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure AI projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Oversee day-to-day AI operations, including coordinating tasks, managing resources, and optimizing workflows.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and AI engineers to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor and maintain the performance of deployed AI systems, ensuring their scalability and reliability.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage AI infrastructure, ensuring systems and tools are in place to support smooth AI project execution.
• Work closely with the executive team to define and align AI strategies with organizational goals.
• Report on key performance indicators (KPIs), project progress, and operational efficiency to senior leadership.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with third-party providers for AI tools and services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI operations management, project management, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, and data-driven solutions.
• Proven track record of managing AI projects, teams, and resources effectively.
• Experience with AI project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address operational challenges.
• Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make informed operational decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a leadership role within an AI-focused organization or department.
• Familiarity with AI cloud platforms, machine learning pipelines, and data infrastructure.
• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) would be a plus.
