We are seeking an experienced AI Architect to design and oversee the implementation of advanced artificial intelligence solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of AI frameworks, machine learning models, and scalable architectures. The ideal candidate will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and business leaders to develop AI-driven strategies that enhance business processes and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI architectures, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and reliability.
• Define AI strategies, frameworks, and best practices for enterprise-wide AI adoption.
• Lead the selection and integration of AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to implement AI models in production environments.
• Ensure AI solutions align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Optimize AI workloads for cloud and on-premise deployments.
• Evaluate emerging AI trends and technologies to drive continuous innovation.
• Develop governance policies for AI model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML development and solution architecture.
• Strong knowledge of AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras) and cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with MLOps, model deployment, and scaling AI applications.
• Expertise in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex AI solutions to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI principles.
• Knowledge of edge AI and federated learning techniques.
• Certification in cloud AI services (AWS Certified Machine Learning, Azure AI Engineer, etc.).
