Description
We are looking for a skilled Natural Language Processing (NLP) Engineer to develop and optimize AI-driven language models for text analysis, chatbot development, speech recognition, and other NLP applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in deep learning, linguistic data processing, and deploying NLP solutions in real-world scenarios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement NLP models for tasks such as text classification, named entity recognition (NER), sentiment analysis, and language translation.
- Develop and fine-tune large-scale language models (LLMs) using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers.
- Work with pre-trained models (BERT, GPT, T5, etc.) and fine-tune them for specific business use cases.
- Implement and optimize tokenization, word embeddings, and sequence-to-sequence models.
- Build and integrate NLP solutions into applications such as chatbots, virtual assistants, and document summarization systems.
- Process and clean large text corpora, ensuring high-quality datasets for training and evaluation.
- Deploy NLP models into production environments, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in NLP research and implement best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Computational Linguistics, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with NLP libraries such as spaCy, NLTK, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Experience with deep learning architectures like LSTMs, Transformers, and RNNs.
- Understanding of linguistic concepts, tokenization techniques, and text processing pipelines.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deploying NLP models in production.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with large-scale unstructured text data.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in multilingual NLP and cross-lingual transfer learning.
- Knowledge of speech-to-text and text-to-speech models.
- Previous experience working with conversational AI, voice assistants, or enterprise AI solutions.
