Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions that enhance business operations and decision-making. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to build scalable machine learning models, optimize algorithms, and integrate AI capabilities into real-world applications.
This role requires strong expertise in machine learning frameworks, data processing, and model deployment, as well as the ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, train, and optimize machine learning models to solve business challenges and enhance automation.
- Design and implement data pipelines to preprocess and structure large datasets for AI applications.
- Collaborate with data scientists to transform research findings into scalable, production-ready solutions.
- Integrate machine learning models into software applications and cloud-based platforms.
- Monitor model performance, conduct A/B testing, and continuously refine algorithms for efficiency.
- Work with engineering teams to ensure seamless deployment, scalability, and security of AI models.
- Stay updated with the latest machine learning trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation.
- Optimize machine learning workflows to improve model accuracy, speed, and robustness.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, ethical AI principles, and industry regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Proficiency in Python, R, or other relevant programming languages.
- Hands-on experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
- Strong knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and deep learning techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI model deployment.
- Understanding of MLOps principles and version control tools like Git.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
- Knowledge of big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka.
- Prior experience working in AI-driven industries such as healthcare, finance, or robotics.
