We are seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the development and execution of AI-driven products that align with business goals and market needs. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that AI solutions are innovative, scalable, and deliver real value. You will oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to deployment, working closely with engineers, data scientists, designers, and marketing teams to drive AI adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered products based on market research, customer needs, and business objectives.
• Work closely with engineering and data science teams to translate AI innovations into scalable, customer-centric solutions.
• Prioritize and manage AI product features, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive AI product development from concept to launch, ensuring timely execution.
• Monitor AI industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform product development.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to measure AI product effectiveness and optimize features accordingly.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure successful product adoption and user satisfaction.
• Manage risks and ethical considerations related to AI products, including bias, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback and iterating on AI products to improve user experience and business impact.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably with AI or data-driven products.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, and data science concepts.
• Experience in product lifecycle management, from ideation to deployment.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Aha!).
