Description
We are looking for an experienced and passionate AI/ML Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and AI solutions to solve real-world problems. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to integrate machine learning algorithms into scalable applications, ensuring they deliver value to the business and end-users.
As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be at the forefront of innovation, helping the company leverage AI technologies to drive automation, improve decision-making, and enhance user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Implement algorithms in Python, R, or other relevant languages and frameworks.
- Build and optimize scalable AI/ML systems that can handle large-scale datasets.
- Collaborate with data scientists to pre-process and prepare data for training machine learning models.
- Integrate machine learning models into production environments, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and performant.
- Continuously evaluate and improve model performance by analyzing test results and applying the latest research.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers and business stakeholders, to identify AI-driven opportunities.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning research, incorporating new technologies into existing systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or scikit-learn.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience with data manipulation and analysis tools such as Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
- Solid understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques.
- Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and deploying models to cloud environments.
- Familiarity with big data processing frameworks like Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to innovate in the AI/ML space.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PhD or advanced degree in AI, ML, or a related field.
- Experience with deep learning and neural networks.
- Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or other specialized AI/ML fields.
